This led to her going on a mission trip to Mexico that would change her life. She saw Haitian migrants seeking safety and shelter, enduring harsh circumstances in their pursuit. Experiencing their hardship firsthand led her to joining McKinsey & Company, a leading global consulting firm, where she developed an expertise in solving complex humanitarian issues through the lens of philanthropy. As the daughter of two Haitian migrants, her heart is to devote herself to serving migrant communities fleeing from humanitarian crises, and to directly support missionaries spreading the Gospel in developing countries.

She believes that operating in your calling is a risk that each Believer must decide to take once they have counted the costs of living for God or the world. Kingdom Come Co. is an initiative to empower the body of Christ in fulfilling the dreams and callings that God has placed inside each and every person.
